High Efficiency Heat Exchanger Coil

  • The capacity range is matched to suit popular compressor and condensing units in Australia.
  • The fin and tube design maximises the sensible capacity and minimises the latent heat and frost losses and provides a cost efficient heat transfer product.
  • A high secondary surface area to primary surface area ratio is utilised to minimise the time necessary for defrosting.
  • Hydrophilic blue aluminium fins.
  • The product capacities has been verified using proven German thermodynamic and aerodynamic design software.

Fans

  • Low power input, high torque, 240 Volt split phase motors are fitted to all models.
  • The fan venturi is designed to provide maximum air flow and air throw.
  • Our fans are sourced from the world’s leading manufacturer and have proven reliability.
  • Motor: protection class IP 54 and Insulation class F
  • The fan assembly allows easy access and maintenance.

Defrost

  • 4.2 mm fin spacing is used on the medium temperature models to allow off cycle defrosting, whilst 6.00 mm fin spacing is used on the electric defrost low temperature models to ensure the rated cooling capacities are achieved without excessive ice buildup.
  • The wattage of the defrost heaters has been determined using thermodynamic calculations of the ice formation rate and limited to reduce “steaming” during the defrost period.
  • Robust stainless steel electric heaters fitted with high isolation cable connections to meet AS/NS 3000-2007, International UL-SA5102 and CSA – LR18489 standards to ensure the safety of the equipment.
  • 100% factory tested at full load and immersed in a water tank when tested.
  • Heater wired to electric terminal box suitable for wet conditions ( standard IP 66) and low temperature
